Building Awareness. Inspiring Action.

Angie Clark
Educational Consultant & Digital Wellness Advocate
BPHE, BEd, MA, OCT
I’m an educator, advocate, and parent with over 20 years of experience working with youth and families. With a Master of Arts in Education from McGill University, I’ve dedicated my career to promoting the healthy development and well-being of young people.
Early in my teaching career, I created MindPOP (Mindful • Mindset • Plan • Organize • Prioritize), a school-based program that helped students strengthen their resilience, self-regulation, and executive functioning skills. That experience showed me the power of intentional, school-wide initiatives and how environments built on connection and consistency can shape learning and belonging.
Inspired by the Phone-Free Schools Movement in the United States, I’m now helping Canadian communities reduce digital distractions in schools so attention and connection can thrive. Rethinking how we use technology in education isn’t about resisting progress, it’s about restoring balance and protecting the conditions kids need to learn and grow in real life. Through Phone-Free Schools Canada, I’m working to shift the culture so schools across the country can once again be places of focused learning, curiosity, and genuine human connection.
